WHAT AREA DOES BARN LIVIN' BUILD IN?
Barn Livin’ Rustic Barn Homes are popping up all over the Finger Lakes Region of NY. Our Model Home resides in Wellsburg NY and we are adding new Barn Livin’ Homes every month.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A CUSTOM BARN HOME?
Design-Development (Pre-Construction Phase) typically averages 2-4 months. From the time the Project Team breaks ground to full completion averages 4 - 6 months. They really do go up that fast!!
HOW MUCH DOES A RUSTIC BARN HOME COST?
Cost is dependent on the Client's desired size, style, and wish-list items. Our Designs are completely custom so every Rustic Barn finishes out at a different price - We are currently building at these prices/sf.
-Less than/or 400sf= $250/sf
-More than 1000sf = $200/sf
-More than 1500sf = $160/sf
-More than 2500sf = $145/sf
-More than 3000sf = $125/sf
To that, factor in the cost of the land, financing, sitework, landscaping, drive access, utilities, etc... which can average $55-75K (+/-) for rural lot development.
HOW DO I CALCULATE SQUARE FOOT COST?
To roughly calculate the cost of a Barn Livin’ Home- simply multiply the size of the house by 100.
(i.e.) 2,500 SF Barn Home x $100 = $250,000
