By having their own living space, in close proximity makes it easier for the caregiver to monitor their loved one's health and safety, as well as for everyone to maintain their sense of privacy. Tiny Homes can be designed together and share utilities making a Green Community for Green Living, Camps and Event Venues.
The Barnette is designed with a Shed Roof that allows for High Ceilings, maximum air exchange and large windows- great for Passive Solar gain throughout the year. Geo Thermal Energy is Clean and Sustainable, by using Thermal Energy generated and stored in the Earth. The Interior is Finished with white subway tile back splash throughout, white pickled ship-lap, signature rustic exposed wood beam vaulted ceiling and dark barn wood laminate floor. The Counter tops are Butcher Block and match throughout the Kitchen and Bathroom for a durable and cohesive look. A small wood burning stove adds to the affordable aspect in running the Barnette throughout the seasons.
